Stephen:

I tried locating a statement of policy from Paradigm that
described what your organization would do if the government
admits acknowledging extraterrestrial presence on the planet. I
have tried imaging what a difference it would make. The only
scenario I can imagine is a group of people slapping each other
on the back and congratulating each other exclaiming they were
right.

After disclosure, if it happens, what happens next?
