Would need full uncropped image and the image file to confirm shutter speed. Then from the angular field of view from knowing the camera and lens setting, including the know size of birds in that area, we can calculate the distance from the camera. From that, the angular displacement (blurring) across the image during the recorded movement in the time interval indicated.
