Hmmmm... an almost interesting picture of a seagull or tern in flight, blurred due to motion. The slightly orangish beak is on the left edge. Note the nicely curved left wing rising up just far enough to create the vague appearance of a dome, ala the classic '50's cinematic saucers. Sort of reminds of the similar angle of view presented of the photo of the X-47B noted on the list recently. It's the angle of view, folks. No hovering. Not circular.
