It is remarkable that Antonio Urzi sees as many as he does. This
kind of thing also seemed to happen to Anthony Woods in England
around 2002. UFO Magazine also documented his experiences at

http://tinyurl.com/7vvtqem

The idea that there is a psychic connection between certain
people and the appearance of some UFO phenomena is not new, and
the Urzi video is certainly consistent with that.

If he saw only lights in the sky, a more technological
explanation would come to mind. There is recent evidence
suggesting that covert research efforts have developed a novel
way to remotely create plasma balls in the sky. People living
near such a research facility would be expected to see more
lights in the sky than people living farther away.

But Urzi also saw apparently solid saucer shapes that looked
like craft. Could these also be human creations based on the
same physics as the plasma balls? Recent photos to MUFON and
elsewhere show apparently solid objects that may slowly change
shape. In at least one case recorded over London, a horseshoe
shape seems to have been created from a string of (plasma?)
balls. I discuss this one in the following article.

http://www.treurniet.ca/Ufo/reading6.htm

In the Urzi video, at 44:10 there is a similar white horseshoe
shape that seems to have the same internal structure and changes
shape the same way. In other recent cases, such as in New Jersey
and Arizona, the shapes appear more solid, which suggests
control over smaller balls and the ability to build higher
resolution shapes.

So far, the observed shapes have been mostly white, but plasmas
can be different colors depending on the spectral lines that are
stimulated. The colored objects that Urzi saw might be created
by stimulating atmospheric gasses a particular way.

Someone with this kind of technology might be able to make us
see anything in the sky, possibly even Urzi's craft. Until it
lands and someone steps out to greet us, I suggest we keep our
options open.
