Are you offering to do the analysis - pro bono?

Maybe, you should provide Steven with part of your resume
pointing up why you would be a candidate to analyze the data
already collected, or offering to design a collection project.

Most people in this group do not know your background and, I
think, it would help facilitate a project.  If that is what you
are advocating.
