Dr. Joe Nickell of CSI in 1997 falsely claimed the original story was made up by a PR person while we were both being interviewed. He didn't even know his name nor mention his outstanding background nor that the 509th was the most elite military group in the world. I corrected him. Funny 12 years later in the Skeptical Inquirer in a cover story he repeated the same nonsense. What more would one expect from a guy with three degrees in English who has worked as a magician??
