If this is from Google Earth then it must have been generated by someone on their staff, huh? Since there must be millions of shots in the Google Earth mosaic, inserting a hoax by a staffer would be have low odds of being noticed by someone in the general public. So the first thing to do is find who 'outed' this photo in the first place. Tall order of course.
