Pleased that I (we) could amuse you.

I suggest to you that the misrepresentation is all on Ian
Ridpath's head. Googling the location, of the Ofordness
Lighthouse in relation to the events of that evening; picking a
convienient farm house (where Orfordness's lens shield allows a
peep of light to be viewed from that location) out of a dozen or
more where it can't be seen or more but which made it necessary
for Halt et al to follow an incredulous path to the preferred
farmhouse in order just to see said lighthouse without
confirmation from Halt as to which farmhouse they were at, is
just sloppy.

Ian even managed to suck in a not very critical BBC production
crew to further muddy up the waters.

I thought that David Clarke did have a doctorate in Folklore. My
apologies if that is not the case. When was it established that
he does not?

I'm confused now, which media buff are you referring to; Nick
Pope or (Dr.?) David Clarke?

Methane gas is methane gas regardless if it is the product of
the bowel or the brain. You are only human after all. Your brain
farts are expected in each of your postings, comes to that.
