She was a dear friend and a strong collaborator. She gave extreme help to some of our major UFO researchers, such as Irene Granchi, as well as to foreign colleagues when visiting Brazil, specially Bob Pratt. I met her first almost 30 years ago, when she was already living in Brazil. I had the pleasure to receive her at my home in the 80s, when she assisted me in correcting my first lecture in English, to be given months later in Tucson, AZ, at the 1st International UFO Congress by Wendelle Stevens (then Bob Brown's and now John Rao's). Thank you Mary for the information. Please, if possible, convey to the family our condolences. I will inform my colleagues down here of Cynthia's death. Best to all of you. A. J.
