Hello Steven -

I did receive some interesting responses and criticisms and did
incorporate some of them into the article. Once finished, I sent
it on to Errol who published it as part of our work here. I did
not submit it elsewhere thinking it would be too long for JSE
and some of the other journals that might take it.
