I suggested a model where our everyday reality undergoes
continuous creation, and we participate in that creation. So you
not only conjured up that UFO manifestation but also everything
else you experienced around you before, during, and after. In
that sense, the UFO was nothing special.

Of course, the result was obviously a consensus reality, so the
three of you saw the same thing. There is a parallel with the
poltergeist phenomenon, where one person seems to be at the root
of it, but other people see the result. Someone in the group
overcomes the normal constraints on creation, and odd things

You might find this idea hard to swallow because it's so
automatic we just aren't aware that we are involved in it - like
the heart beating. And like the heart skipping a beat, a
discontinuity may occur in the creation process, and we see
things like a UFO that violates known physical laws. For
example, it might appear to follow your mental request because
it is already under your control just by being there.

I described a world view that has some chance of accommodating
the issue of telepathy that you raised, John. The world view you
prefer doesn't do that. At some point, we need to question our
assumptions. Maybe that cigar only looks like a cigar.
