Right Gerald, that's maybe a more accurate description of my own thoughts, as said in last reply to Jerry. However I get the impression (and am not alone) that Western education orgs, including the peer-review journals, have, in the last few decades become repressive and almost dogmatic in their increasing exclusion of critical or dissenting voices.
