Jerry:

When I met her, listened to her lecture, and read her book, I
came away with the impression Fiore was in the camp that equated
highly strange experiences to be in the "eye of the beholder."
The experiencer was firmly convinced what they experienced was
real and therefore, to them, it was real.

Seek out female researchers company? Well, that is a new way to
put it. Are you saying you avoid lectures by women in the field?

I hope not. That would be a clear case of discrimination against
an entire gender. Last I heard, you were married. Surely, you
trust your wife's opinion and seek her counsel.
