A video I received from a source in England shows a luminous dot
moving rapidly and randomly about a restricted region in the
sky.

A frame-by-frame analysis shows that the dot was at cloud level
and moved with bursts of extremely high velocity. It's manner of
movement was like a beam from a flashlight pointed at a wall.
This suggests that it's position was controlled from the ground
and it was being 'painted' by a terrestrial technology. Since
the sky is non-reflective, the dot must have been self-luminous
like a ball of plasma made to fluoresce by an external stimulus.
It may properly be called an orb.

Such orbs in greater number and size could be used to create
impressive dynamic effects in the sky. This is important for us
to know, given von Braun's warning via Rosin that we will likely
be subjected to a false flag alien invasion at some point.

A second video from the same source taken about a month later,
shows a similar single orb oscillating around a point in the
sky. An aircraft enters the scene and appears to pass through
the mean position of the orb.

Perhaps the videos show research in progress.
