BTW - lest anyone gets the idea that this sensing devise is an
aircraft of some description it is not. It is a sensing device-
like radar is a sensing device that would be used on an aircraft
to find targets. the company has this to say about it. I doubt
if it's creating weird lights over anyone's patio.

See below:

SDB II's seeker fuses millimeter-wave radar, uncooled imaging
infrared (IIR) and semi-active laser sensors on a single gimbal.
The result is a powerful, integrated seeker that seamlessly
shares targeting information between modes, enabling the weapon
that it is guiding to engage fixed or moving targets around-the-
clock in adverse weather conditions.
