Subject: Ray Stanford's Open Letter To Tony Bragalia


Anthony Bragalia,

I demand that you and/or Rich Reynolds remove my copyrighted
(1976) illustration of beings beside the Socorro object,
illicitly lifted from my Socorro book, page 21, _immediately_.

Below is the current link to that illicit usage of my
intellectual property:

I hope to be in contact with a copyright lawyer and the Federal
Bureau of Investigation about this illicit use of my copyrighted
material later today, or tomorrow, at latest.

Also, you have really sunk your ship of desperation about the
Socorro CE III event with your clearly desperate and ridiculous
distortion of facts in your latest manufactured set of myths and
distortions about the case. I've got you. Yes, Tony, I've
_really_got_you_ now (and did, in fact, _before_), because of
your fantasized distortions about the old USAF reports. You do
yourself and your 'case' no favors with those highly fact-
distorted propagandistic claims about evidence of pyrotechnics,
burned paper, and particulate matter, as I shall show the world.

If you really believe that crock you posted on the above-linked
blog, stand up like a man and defend it, or let the UFO
community see you cower like the wimp many of us suspect you to
be!

I hereby challenge you to the debate you weaseled out of when
George Knapp invited us to debate the Socorro case, saying you
would when you can name the perpetrators. What a joke and self-
deception! Well, dream on, because there were no perpetrators of
a hoax in the Socorro CE III case.

I'm, hereby, asking George Knapp to invite the two of us to
debate both your earlier ridiculous claims alleging the Socorro
CE III case was a student prank, and your silly, make-believe
fantasies about materials collected at the Socorro site
allegedly substantiating a student prank.

You really are desperate, Tony, now realizing after all the
weeks that you cannot name the alleged Socorro pranksters, so
now you try to dig old records of which you prove you know next
to nothing, and trying to turn them into 'evidence' to support
your silly earlier claim and that of Sterling Colgate, whose
comments you clearly distorted to your own purposes, as others
have shown on the internet.

If you refuse to debate now, if George Knapp will invite me to
go ahead and expose your ridiculous claims independently of you
(while you hide behind claims that you will debate after future
impossible revelations to support your side), I shall go ahead
and expose every one of your silly claims for the utter
foolishness they are.

So, tell me, Tony, if George Knapp agrees, will you chicken out
_again_? Or will you be a man willing to try to stand behind
your ludicrous claims by debating me as you desperately try to
support of your defenseless (and I suspect you _know_ that)
claim of the Socorro case being a student prank. Oor would you
like me to go ahead alone and 'behead' your completely
indefensible claims, with you deliberately and desperately not
there, while figuratively hiding like some chicken frightened
that George Knapp (if he accepts this offer) and I shall have an
old-fashioned chicken plucking and some nice barbecued
'Bragalia-BS' drumsticks for a post-midnight snack? Well,
whether you show up or not, if George agrees, I'm planning a
barbecue, spiced up with a sauce of demonstrable facts, while
your claims shall go up in the smoke of chicken fat.

The jig's up, Tony. If you're really a man, put up your dukes
and fight for your totally unsubstantiated claims and uninformed
speculations that you've been trying to feed an uninformed
public.
