I have nothing to say about platforms, but I do know something about airships. You made a point on which I thought I could shed some light, and you respond like this. I am well aware that the issue of the factuality or otherwise of the Hibbard story is not of interest to you. It is, however, of interest to me and, I suspect, to readers who have heard of it.
