Hi Joseph, Everyone!

We have all heard the expression "knowledge is power". I would
add "and knowledge in the hands of a few is tyranny".

I agree that organised religion, like organised politics, can be
oppressive and hinder humanity's quest for the truth but so does
organised science with its own high priests, dogmas and
"truths".

Putting aside our religious biases and the views of so-called
"experts" who we allow to interpret and explain things for us,
if we look at the historic evidence thousands of years before
1947 for what our generation calls "UFOs" and "aliens" or "ETs",
we find that these are not present day phenomona but something
that has been around since the earliest recorded history. If we
do put aside our biases and widely held views and re-evaluate
the historical record we will come to the obvious conclusion
that contact with aliens (or angels) has been already made and
was onging throughout time among all peoples and cultures around
the globe. Unfortunately this conclusion is too much to accept
by even the most open minded and enthusiastic among ufologists
who prefer to interpret such evidence as myths or the fictional
traditions and religious superstitions of our less enlightened
or educated ancestors.

Whatever reality one feels comfortable with, it would be a
serious mistake to dismiss this vast historic database or body
of knowledge as "religious" and thus ignore it not having to
deal with it. To borrow and paraphrase an expression Thomas
Edison once used, human knowledge comes from inspiration and
perspiration. Ufology may still manage to figure out the truth
about UFOs and aliens/ETs using these two approaches while
continuing to ignore a third forgotten source of knowledge that
allowed our ancestors to once know the truth. This third source
is revelation. God still speaks to us directly and indirectly
through His creation including heavenly emissaries, but I think
this generation has stopped listening...
