The answer to your question about a "super secret" section is, I
believe, the same as noted by General Bolender, who noted that
"reports which could affect national security are made in
accordance with JANAP 146 and AF Manual 55-11 and are not part
of the Blue Book system".

Blue Book was not even on the distribution list for them.

Surely there are agencies in the UK equivalent to the NSA,
MJ-12, CIA, DIA, NRO, etc (with their multi-billion dollar annual
budgets).

Just how much SECRET and TOP SECRET material has been seen in
the MOD files? The NSA and CIA heavily redacted materials were
TOP SECRET Code word.

Seen any of these in the UK?
