This supports my thinking that the A-10 was inside some
comfortable distance [to the southwest] from the edge of the
SELLS 1 MOA to allow for the winds and drift. To be comfortable
the A-10  was likely ordered to drop ten miles inside to avoid
loosing flares to the outside and the A-10 drifting into civil
airspace.

The neat pattern of the drop suggests to me that only one
aircraft was used. Additionally the A-10 has such a large wing
and can drop enough flap to allow it to fly quite easily at 100
knots-even less- and drop a close line astern pattern of flares.
