Mr. Shough, I've written a number of submissions that have dealt in depth with different topics, given names, references, and been, in some cases able to claim the experience as first-hand. I spent time doing so, and they were not accepted. Of course, like you, I didn't conduct my research wholly online but from personal records and investigations. It seemed the better I did this, the less likely it was to be accepted. The bad thing about referencing sources online is that you can, with selectivity, justify any bent. I suspect this is what you have done here. Go to the library, review the subject card catalogue under, Martian features detected as prominent in the nineteenth century and be objective. It won't hurt. But I'm not going to do that for you and then run the risk it won't be posted. You opinion alone doesn't have that much value to me and only getting it out to those to which I might directly email it, doesn't answer well the challenge either. Selectivity and integrity don't mix. JCH Listen to 'Strange Days... Indeed' - The PodCast See: http://www.virtuallystrange.net/ufo/sdi/program/subscribers/
