Someone wrote to an AF general asking about Roswell? So what? How is that "startling"? Anyone can write a letter about anything to an AF general (or the President), and that proves nothing. You can put your own Roswell theory in a letter to an AF general and then you or someone can make a FOIA request for the "government record" of your own letter that you created, which can say anything you want, fill your letter with tons of spacecraft and alien bodies to your heart's content. Now your Roswell theory is a "government record."
