Hello Royce, All,

Until right now, everybody else has refrained from issuing any
personal attacks on Jaime Maussan, opting instead (I think) to
take the 'high road' and simply concentrate on the evidence that
has been offered. Shame on _you_ for being the first to 'lower
the bar'.'

It is gratifying for me to know that you are in a minority who
believes that Jaime's association with the material affects its
value as evidence, or the outcome of the investigation. This
case and any evidence connected with it needs to be judged on
its own merits. As one who works in law enforcement I'm
surprised to hear you say something like this. You ought to know

>I recall saying this very thing in a past posting to this list.

"I told you so!" Is that really what you had to say, Royce?

I hope you feel better now. As for me, I'm going back to looking
into the evidence connected to this report. Royce, please try to
rise above any differences you may have with the man and please
allow the rest of us to concentrate on the case and the
evidence. Personal attacks on Jaime right now? Man, what a waste
and misdirection of energy, later for that.

Do you have anything to contribute in terms of your study of the
evidence in this case? I wouldn't mind hearing that. I have always
admired and respected you Royce, but I think your focus is on the
wrong thing in this instance.

BTW, Jaime has nothing against Scott Corrales. He took the time
to say so in another post I submitted to the List.

Most sincerely,

John Velez
