No, only the ones seen around 10 PM. All amber. I don't have a
theory BTW.

Luke AFB, in charge of the gunnery range, was asked about flares
that night on the range and they replied to an FOIA request that
they knew nothing about flares dispensed on March 13th and did
not know who started the rumor. That FOIA was filed by John
Greenawald. Sorry you missed that response.

The following note was passed to me to pass to you from Dr.

Dear Jim,

I have tried to address your inquiries below in kind. I must say
that I am both surprised and disappointed that someone from a
credible UFO organization is still dwelling on the bogus "flare
theory". As my book imparts, there is a _lot_ more to the story
than just March 13.

It is time we move forward to address the REAL phenomena so we
can start educating and healing others. Wouldn't you agree?

Dr. Lynne

If you decide to reply to her, please use the address given
above. I do not want to act as a go-between.
