One of the local TV newcasts here in Vancouver showed video
capture from a Calgary backyard astronomer of the fireball
event. He has a special lens that captures the whole night sky.
The video shown in the newscast has the fireball near the
horizon, showing two sort of bursts of light. The night was
actually quite hazy and you could not see stars on the video,
making the recording even more remarkable. I hope someone does
some analysis of this very interesting video.

I also saw a report that one of the professors from University
of Saskatchewan (I believe), was trying to locate the meteorite
in Rosetown, Saskatchewan. Has anyone actually come up with a
track of this meteor event?

Cheers!
