I did not forget, please don't put words in my mouth. Is it your
opinion that all material presented as research in printed
format always stands up to closer scrutiny? Well you are welcome
to your opinions, I'll stick to the facts - on the odd occasion
when a magazine presents an article as research, the so-called
research does not always stand up to scrutiny.

Fact - not opinion.

It was not FSR that was made to sound like a joke in my post at:

which is the post you are referring to. It is highly likely that
a few people on this List are experiencing the same comprehenion
difficulty which you seem to be, or that do comprehend it, but
don't want to acknowledge what it means. Once again, from my
reply to Stuart:

"My comments were not critical of the publication, but of
_how_people_interpret_the_contents_, ie, accepting everything
that appears on TV or in print as immutable fact, without
questioning the depth of research, the motivation of the author,
and sometimes even the rationality of the article amongst other

Now I can't think of any clearer way to express that, if you
still don't understand I am sorry, I can't help you.

>The crux of the matter is, you were asked a very straight
>forward question:

>"How did the change in your position come about on the relative

The direct answer is that no change in my position, with regard
to FSR, occured between the posts which are under discussion. If
you still don't understand I am sorry, I can't help you.

>To which you have answered with postage prices for FSR CD Roms?

No, Roy. That was only a part of my response - re-read the post

You will find that I did attempt to answer the question, but
perhaps not with the same clarity and simplicity that I have
employed in this post.
