I think you and your wife were probably genetically compatible
and that could explain your similar experiences. You were chosen
for each other at age 4. Excuse my presumptuous statement, but
it is just an observation.

I have had similar experiences, I have been having sleep
paralysis episodes since childhood I am 36 now but its
diminished or disappeared since the last time it happened, as I
had made an effort to stay alert and not let the fear take hold
of me. The last time I stayed conscious I noticed a pearl
colored egg-like sphere appear above my bed and I entered this
sphere it seemed to be fluid like in its appearance once this
happened I had no further recollection. Since then, the
paralysis episodes have almost disappeared or maybe the
technique has been changed by the abductors, because of my
inquisitive behavior.

Is there anyone on the List who has ever seen this sphere as
well or tried this technique to gain control over the paralysis.
