I've seen some 'caca de toro' on >this list at times, but, by George, this takes the cake! :) Well, I think it just proves beyond a doubt that Martians knew English, or some other language with that serifed "E" in it, but they weren't very good at kerning, because there are no other letters on either side of it. I guess they were destroyed, while the "E" remained untouched. Lucky for us, huh? Or maybe somebody just decided to "buy a vowel" and that's as far as they got. I think it's tremendously fortunate that both rovers landed in areas that are so obviously chock full of ancient ruins and artifacts. But, then again, reviewing some of these "discoveries," I get the feeling the whole planet is covered with ruins and artifacts, like a giant junkyard. Hey, maybe that's where all the rust comes from!
