But showing me how you faked your own UFO >photos doesn't really impress me. And please don't insult my >intelligence with poor logic and faulty assumptions. You're right, Tim. I agree with everything you said. I was just leap-frogging past all your rationality to say something insulting about the Cyclopians. They're actually worse than fake scientists: They're agents of propaganda, pushing the company line, and rolling over anyone they're able to. They are scum. Forget logic, forget image manipulation by computer, forget multiple witnesses, forget the photographic technology of the 1940s and 1950s, forget photos of silver balloons. It's all irrelevant. And they're not listening anyway. They're on a mission which has nothing to do with Science, logic, proof, cause and effect, research - or any of the things you would associate with a methodical, reasoned approach to the subject. Stating reasonable objections to their methods is like writing letters to Goebbels, telling him that you saw Brownshirts (or whoever) set fire to the Reichstag - not Communists. He already knows that. He wrote the script which blamed the Commies, and would probably reply, "You must be mistaken..." to cover his story. It's sickening, actually. But at a minimum, they are still "fake scientists". If anyone wants a picture of one, visit their headquarters and take a picture. You'll then have an authenticated picture of a fake scientist. You can collect them and trade them! "I'll trade you 3 Fake Scientists for 1 of your fake UFO shots. OK, how about 4 - and I'll throw in Donald Menzel?" You could have a Card Deck printed up with a picture of a different Fake Scientist on each one, and they could all have one eye, altered by PhotoShop, by merging their two eyes into one. Similar to Cyclops. Menzel and Klass could take Uday and Qusay's spots. I don't take their tabloid of pseudo-science and propaganda seriously. To me, transparent propaganda is more like comedy. It's a bit like reading the supermarket rag "World Weekly News" which is intentionally filled with humorous stories like, "Twins give birth to identical baby dictators clutching hundred dollar bills! Both look like Saddam Hussein!"... (Although, I've actually seen at least one true story in it, when I occasionally read it, years ago). The Cyclopian publication is more sophisticated, and not intended to be comedy. It does anger me, however, that they spread lies, and have nothing but contempt for their readership, those who get wind of their stories, and those they smear. It's appalling, and it's not the least bit funny, as some people around here know. Thus, my sarcastic humor directed at them. Dave Morton
