Yes, I can't find any volume numbers or serial numbers on the
cover or anywhere else in UFO Magazine, except for the ISSN
(which, curiously, is referred to as "ISNN").

No, no, my copy certainly does not have "Volume 24, No. 1" on
the cover, or anywhere else. It merely has "January 2004" to
identify which issue it is.
