Hello Larry

Ray was referring to UFO Magazine as publsihed in the UK - no
relation to the American version.

We did, a couple months or so back, feature quite a number of
pictures of orbs sent in by readers.

A couple of points. Firstly Ray is entitled to his opinion,
which I respect, and I hope it was understood that I wasn't
complaining per se about his comments.

Secondly Larry, it's not really much of an admission. UFO
Magazine is a commercial publication and as such, it cannot be
all things to everyone. Inevitably therefore, there will be
articles or features that don't appeal to some. Also, through
enforced circumstances, we have a new editor, Russ, and Russ
will bring his own touch and philosphy to the way he edits the
mag. I'm sure I'm teaching you to suck eggs here.

As I mentioned, I personally did not care for the piece on orbs
we did as I'm not particularly into them. But if I had been
editor, I almost certainly would have included the piece because
there was reader interest. No readers, no mag.

It's all about keeping an editorial balance and I think Russ is
well on line with that, as Graham was before him. As an added
point, our editor is very approachable and if any writers on
this List are having trouble getting published then please
consider us (yes, despite or because of the orbs) and anything
sent in will be given very serious consideration.
