If Ed Walters had given money to the Fund (especially in the
large sums alleged) for investigation of his photos, I certainly
would have known about it. This allegation is flatly untrue. The
Fund's financial transactions all are a matter of public record.

I am skeptical of Ed Walters and his photos, but not of Bruce
Maccabee whom I have know for 40 years since he was a young
graduate student volunteering time for NICAP. His integrity is
unquestioned. People can disagree about interpretations honestly
and honorably without having to impute dishonesty.
