Hi Mike,

The 'purpose' for creating the 3D model was to more satisfy my
own curiosity about how closely my 'perception' of what is there
would match (or not) the object in the photo.

I wasn't trying to 'prove' anything or to 'reproduce' the
object. I was trying to reproduce what _I_see_, and then compare
it to the Whittlesea photo. I see a 'domed disc.' The graphics
have no other purpose. Regardless of what others may read into

It is a remarkable visual match though isn't it? I'm glad you
enjoyed the results of my exercise. I thought the similarity was
interesting myself. ;)
