Hello Greg, Eleanor:

Here are some database listings of diesel engine effects or
lack of same during UFO sightings:

"EME" stands for Electro Magnetic Effects, which in this
context simply means an engine conked out (or not.)

So... its a mixed bag of results. Often as not, the diesel
engine kept running, even when a gas engine quit at the same
time. Then, in association with stranger effects, even a diesel
engine will slow or stall entirely. An engine that "starts
itself" afterward really has me pulling my beard.

This leads me to ask whether these effects are side-effects of
UFO technology, propulsion or whatever, or whether they are
deliberately introduced for some other purpose.

Best wishes
