Hello Walt:

All I see are the jpg images. Is there some accompanying text
for explanation?

I see what looks like a 3 prong electrical connector, round pins
like some appliances had so they could mate with different type
electrical cords. Since there are 3 prongs, I assume one of them
(usually the center one) is a ground connection for safety
purposes.

Otherwise, I would guess we have:

a) An electric rock for people who them.
b) A self cooking potato.
c) Some kid having fun.
