Mr. Jacobsen,

With all due respect, you must also be unfamiliar with the facts
of this case. There is nothing "insufficient" about the data.
These were not little lights in the distance that flickered on
and off, they were glowing red discs of appreciable apparent
size that flew beneath the airliner, and also were observed by
ground witnesses. The pilots were looking DOWN and saw the
objects against the terrain.
