Jan, Anthony, Stan,

I'm totally confused about the "restricted' classification.

In a letter to the Command General, Air Material Command, on the
subject 'flying Disks', dated 30,December,1947, General L.C
Craigie assigned the security classification of "restricted" to
project Sign. Why was that the case if 'Restricted' wasn't a
common classification and only used with nuclear research? Can
any of you comment on that fact?
