Mine is on my leg; but mine showed first as an "injury" that wouldn't heal. It is triangular in shape and about 1/2 inch. I am not diabetic, I was checked. But it took several weeks to heal and the doctors didn't know why. But, I most definitely have the "scoop" and very strong memories of where it came from. Jean M.
