But, at that time, NARA didn't have it. These boxes were not
there and the documentation in them was created after Schiff
began his investigation. Further, NARA didn't even know they had
the stuff until I told them. I got a letter from Richard Boylan
(no, not he shall remain nameless but a poor sap with the same
name) that the documentation was not at NARA. I sent copies of
the letter I had gotten from Maxwell Air Force Base (the Air
Force Archives) showing that the stuff had been shipped to
them... in 2001. I've been through the boxes and know that the
stuff, with few exceptions, is no older than 1995.

Actually, I don't think any of it was classified... with the
exception of the JAG court martial and that was to protect the
