Subject: Year Of The UFO

During June 1 there were 4 sightings.
During June 2 there were 3 sightings .
During June 3, 1
June 4, 2
June 5, 4
June 6, 3
June 7, 3
June 8, 2
June 9, 2
and
June 10, 1.....

That brings us up to date... in 1952, that is... the Year of the
UFO!!!

Why not travel with me back in time to when ufology was young
and, perhaps, find out some answers to pressing questions!! (For
those of you new to UFO studies this will be an valuable
historical survey.) Find out the connection between Marilyn and
"interplanetary visitors" (you know which Marilyn... and I don't
mean Manson!). Find out what the FBI found out... what the CIA
found out and what they did not find out. Learn why that year
did not change our world... although it could have (well, maybe
it did... at least a little).

After all, in 3 short months (June, July and August) the Air
Force collected about 1000 sighting reports. Why wasn't this
sufficient to convince everyone that something strange was going
on?

We now know that some at the upper levels of the Air Force were
seriously considering the (gulp!) Interplanetary Hypothesis!!

So why did General Samford slam the lid down when he could have
done the opposite?

Why are we stuck in the "tradition" that there is nothing to UFO
sightings?

and find out (?) !

Oh yes, not that I want to get ahead of myself, but
on June 11 there were 3 sightings,
June 12, 4 sighitngs
June 13, 3 sightings
June 14, 4 sightings.....

(preview of coming attractions: July 21, 12 sightings
July 22, 25 sightings.....
