I'm guessing you know what a computer spreadsheet is, John.
It's a way to display data in a fixed number of labelled
columns across the top, and any number of 'records' or 'rows'
hanging vertically below those labelled headings.

Suppose you opened up a computer spreadsheet, and typed in as
labels for the columns, leftmost "Case ID", then numerically
label a bunch of columns like this:

Det Det Det ....
  1 2 3 ...

Across the top you'd enter a text area with the definitions
of each Detail 1, Detail 2, Detail 3 column.

For example:

Detail 1: Abducted while sleeping
Detail 2: Other(s) in bedroom not awakened
Detail 3: Passed thru wall or closed window on exit
...

Then, you take a large bunch of your cases, and type their Case
ID whatever that may be - often a fixed length code hashed from
a first name, initial, maybe city, etc. which does not reveal
the true ID but does allow you to uniquely specify each case in
your records, into the left hand column, one row per case.

Finally, for each case, you type a "Y" into a detail column if
that case experienced that detail, otherwise you could just
leave it blank for clear appearance's sake.

If you did this for what ... maybe 300 - 500 cases, you would
have a POWERFUL piece of evidence that illustrates better than
your statement above just how consistent across location and
across people who do not know each other, are these details.

This is what can be done using simple database procedures and
provide you with a real debunker-conversation-stopper in return
for the time and work.

This could be printed in tiny font for hard copy distribution at
UFO conventions, for example, or given to media, or posted on a
web site.

And of course, someone you trust who is willing could do this
for you, freeing you for other less repetitive things.

And a computer spreadsheet can be exported in forms that can
also be used by other software and researchers.

You have put a lot of work into gathering your data - now make
it work for you!
