Just because a doctor is a surgeon doesn't necessarily mean he is a good one. Then, again, there are good ones and there are excellent ones. Personally, I would shop for an excellent one. I think that this covers the full scope of the problem. Too many times things have started and then exploded. Usually the explosion is on the innocent ones who suffer the most.
