Subject: UpDate: Paper Presented by Michigan UFO CENTRAL


An interesting paper has been made available to Michigan UFO
CENTRAL written by Richard Spalding - Senior Engineer at Sandia
Labs in New Mexico titled "Ion-Based Conductions in the
Atmosphere - A Geophysical Explanation for Atmospheric Enigmas".

Although there are some points of the paper that I disagree
with, it does show an interest in this phenomena by a reputable
government employee and scientist.  His hypothesis, if ever
proven, could also narrow down our search, and help concentrate
our efforts, in studying those cases that defy his hypothesis.
Overall his work is interesting.
